Easiest Carrot & Coriander Winter Soup: CBD Infused
CBD Recipes With Sydney
This CBD recipe is especially great during the winter months. If you are like me, you make soups all winter long! This dish is as easy as it gets and healthy, too! It is easy to feel unmotivated when it is cold outside and gets dark so early in the day… If wintertime can get the best of you and your motivation, then this simple soup is for you!
Within 30-45 minutes, you will have a delicious and creamy soup in front of you, however, the prep time itself is about half of the total time it takes to make this dish from start to finish. Perfect for lazy people like me!
Ingredients:
Prep/cook time: 30-45 minutes.
Serving: 2-3 people.
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Onion
- 1.2 Liters Vegetable Stock
- Large Bunch Fresh Coriander
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- 1 tbsp Oregano
- Salt/Pepper (optional)
Toppings:
- Chili Flakes
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Coriander
- CBD Drops
Highlights: Easy – Healthy – Comforting – Creamy – Flavoursome – Vegan – Gluten-Free – CBD infused – Delicious
Let's Start with the Prep!
Begin by peeling/chopping your carrots as well as your onion. When that is done, put your stove on medium heat and add your chopped onion and vegetable oil into a pot. Let your oil evenly cook through your onion pieces and then go ahead and add the rest of your ingredients into the pot. At this point, you can turn up your heat a bit!
Bring it to a boil and then let simmer for 15 (ish) minutes. By now, your kitchen should be smelling all kinds of delicious! Now it is time to pour the contents into a high-speed blender and blend until you reach a silky smooth consistency!
Toppings!
Simply pour your soup into serving bowls and top it off with your desired toppings! Today I chose chili flakes, pumpkin seeds, a few coriander leaves, and CBD drops. I used my 15% CBD drops from Green Cuisine CBD and decided to use 5 drops per bowl. Of course, the toppings are flexible and you can add whatever you like or use whatever dosage of CBD you wish! I usually supplement 2-3 drops of my 15% CBD oil each day, however, I wanted the soup to be extra comforting, cozy, and relaxing… So, 5 drops it is!
Organic CBD Extracts
One of the many reasons why I always use Green Cuisine CBD’s drops when cooking is because they have an option for drops that only contain 2 things: Organic olive oil and organic CBD extracts. This means the drops tastes the exact same as traditional olive oil and they don’t leave any funky tastes in my dish!
One thing I love about winter is making these warm dishes that make you want to snuggle up on your sofa in a fuzzy blanket! This is why I feel like adding CBD to the dish is extra suiting. Supplementing CBD makes me feel very relaxed and anxiety-free, therefore, topping off this dish with CBD drops is a must for me!
That is it! Yes-this soup truly is that simple. I hope you enjoyed this recipe as much as I enjoyed making it for you. Until next time!
Stay warm, cozy, and green, my friends!
Thank you – happy cooking!
