Shipping/Payment

A: We ship from the Netherlands. There is nowhere we do not ship to for Green Cuisine.

A: We ship Monday-Friday. We ship the same day we receive payments as long as your payment comes through before 13:00 CET.

A: It takes 2-5 business days for shipments within the EU. Outside of EU shipping varies between 8-21 business days.

A: If your order does not arrive within 21 business days, please contact us via [email protected] and we will issue you a reship. All orders are tracked and insured which is why we have to charge a premium for our shipping costs.

A: Our payment methods are bank transfer and cryptocurrency. If you are in the Netherlands, you can also choose iDEAL as a payment option. If you are outside of the EU and you are paying via bank transfer you will have to use a 3rd party payment provider such as Transferwise or Skrill.

A: If you are having any payment issues, please contact our customer service staff at [email protected] and our team will help you as soon as we can.

A: We use UPS within the UK and EU. We use PostNL Tracked for shipments outside of the EU.

A: The likelihood is that your shipment is being processed or there is a delay in transit. However, let us know if this is the case by emailing us and we will get in contact with the courier and get back to you.
