This green smoothie is perfect for on the go as it shouldn’t take you more than a handful of minutes to make! I like to make this green energy smoothie before I go on a run or to the gym. It is super easy to make and has helpful nutrients needed to give you an extra (natural) kick of energy! Although it is a very light smoothie, it will leave you feeling super satisfied.

There isn’t much explaining to do when it comes to smoothies…. Simply gather all of your ingredients, put them into a blender and mix well! Sprinkle on additional chia seeds or other toppings of your choice.

I added 5 drops of my 10% CBD isolate drops from Green Cuisine CBD.

However, you can use as many CBD drops as you wish. I like using their isolate drops in recipes as they are nearly tasteless and never take away from the flavours I am trying to accomplish! It is an easy and sneaky way to get in some extra benefits.

Spinach is a great hydrater! It also helps with skin, nail, and hair health. Packed with nutrients such as iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, vitamin A and more! It can also help with reducing bloating.

Mango is what makes this smoothie so delicious. Blended up spinach can be pretty bitter, which is why I like to add mango. This deliciously sweet fruit overpowers the taste of the spinach, offering vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium and vitamin B-6!

Banana is a must in any smoothie. You are lying to yourself if you think a smoothie can be complete without a banana! Rich in potassium, vitamin B-6, vitamin C, magnesium, copper and fiber.

CBD is what makes this smoothie extra green and special. Every time I make a smoothie I never skip adding my CBD drops. This cannabinoid is non-psychoactive, meaning I can take it before, during, or after working out without it causing negative effects!

Chia seeds are a smoothie staple. These tiny seeds are considered a superfood, as they are nutrient-dense. Chia seeds are loaded with fiber, protein, omega-3s, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc!

This smoothie will leave you feeling ready for the day, workout, or to simply enjoy in the sun.

It is also a great way to get in some greens for the day without having to taste them if you are someone who doesn’t enjoy dark greens such as spinach. Super refreshing for any occasion that could use a little boost!

Treat your mind, body and soul right today with this green dream.
